Saturday long-run groups, from first-timers to elites.
Long runs are at Sampson Elementary School in Coles Crossing on Saturdays at 6:00 am, though some groups occasionally rotate locations. Groups align with your Saturday long-run pace, and runners are welcome to move between groups as training dictates. Please confirm details with the group leaders listed below.

Pace: ~7:00–7:59 / mile
Focus: Competitive marathon & elite development
This group is oriented toward competitive runners pursuing goals such as Boston qualification, Age Group World Championships, or high-level regional racing. Runs year-round and occasionally rotates locations across the Houston area.
